The service
How does it work?
Book online, then send us your booking on WhatsApp. We confirm your first wash date. On that day, once your bins have been emptied, we wash, sanitise and deodorise them at the kerb and leave them back where we found them.
Which bins do you clean?
Any household wheelie bin: general waste, recycling and brown food or garden bins. If your bins are emptied on different days, we may wash them on different visits.
Do I need to be home?
No. Just leave your bins out for collection as normal. If they are behind a side gate, tell us in the booking form.
What if my bins are not out on the day?
Text us on 085 865 0894 and we will sort out another day.
Which areas do you cover?
All of south Dublin, from Lucan, Clondalkin and Tallaght to Rathmines, Dundrum, Dún Laoghaire, Dalkey and Shankill. If you are not sure, text us your Eircode.
Prices, subscriptions and payment
How much does it cost?
A one-off wash is €15 a bin, or €40 for 3 bins. On a subscription it is €10 a bin every 4 weeks (3 bins €25), or €12 a bin every 8 weeks (3 bins €30).
How does a subscription work?
Choose every 4 weeks or every 8 weeks. We come back on schedule and your card is charged automatically before each wash, so there is nothing to remember.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. You can pause or cancel your subscription any time by texting or calling 085 865 0894.
How do I pay?
By card, through a secure payment link we text you once your first wash date is confirmed.
How does the 3-bin price work?
The 3-bin price applies to three bins at the same address, washed on the same visit. For more than three bins, every extra bin is charged at the single-bin price for your plan.

Who we are
Wheelies is a bin cleaning business based in Dublin, serving south Dublin. You can reach us on 085 865 0894.
The service
We wash, sanitise and deodorise household wheelie bins at the kerb, on or after your collection day. Bins need to be emptied and reachable for us to wash them.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on this website and include everything. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by text before any price change on a subscription.
- Payment is by card through a secure link. Subscriptions are charged automatically before each scheduled wash.
- The 3-bin price applies to three bins at the same address washed on the same visit.
Subscriptions and cancelling
There is no minimum term. You can pause or cancel any time by text or call, and no further charges will be taken after you cancel. If we cannot wash your bins because they were not out or not emptied, contact us and we will arrange another day.
Damage
We take care with every bin. We are not responsible for damage that was already there, such as cracked lids, broken wheels or worn hinges. If you think we caused damage, tell us within 48 hours of your wash.

What we collect, and why.
What we collect
Your name, address, Eircode, mobile number, optional email, your bin collection day and anything you add in the booking form.
Why we collect it
Only to arrange and carry out your bin washes, take payment and contact you about your service. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Wheelies, and the card payment provider that processes your payments. We do not store your card details ourselves.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a customer, and for as long afterwards as the law requires for our accounts.

Under GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Text or call 085 865 0894 and we will sort it.
